We are often reminded of why we love capturing weddings. The wedding of Anastasia and Jack, in the beautiful Grove House, was another one of those times where we look back at the day and remember how lucky we are to do what we do. Starting with a small ceremony in the Chelsea Old Town Hall, we adventured through the streets of Chelsea to meet the wedding party at the Phene pub. Being lucky with the British summer weather, the Grove House hosted a beautiful outdoor setup, with dinner served under the setting sun. L&M We're starting the wedding season strong with the beautiful wedding of Lois and Michael. It was a day filled with so many special moments and memories, and such an amazing atmosphere. Set in its own secret valley at the Kingscote Barn, with the sun in the sky and an end to the chilly weather, Lois and Michael declared their love through their own personalised vows. The prosecco was flowing, cleverchefsuk were providing delicious food, and lambs were being born in the field opposite. Then to round it all off, they finished the day with a kickass party with thanks to dizzyfeetevents.

Capturing a wedding is always different when we know the couple, having known Mollie and Joe from my Cornwall days, I knew this wedding was going to be special. When Mollie and Joe originally got in touch, their wedding plans sounded amazing and were going smoothly, until a skiing accident put the wedding at risk. With sheer determination and a strong support network, Mollie was able to walk proudly down the aisle to meet her soon-to-be husband Joe. The beautiful Southover House had been setup by Mollie and Joe alongside family and friends a few days before, with floral arrangements from @smallfield.flowerfarm & @dorsetflowerco, a delicious cake brought halfway down the country by @baked.bymeg (one of our favourite cake suppliers), and a decorated tent from @coastaltents. Harriet and Richard’s wedding day was filled with emotions, smiles, dancing, and above all laughter, which made it an incredible film to edit. Capturing that atmosphere and fitting it into a 6-minute film was definitely a challenge! On the day, Harriet and Richard were blessed with beautiful weather which helped make their already stunning venue look even better. With the centre of Bath in between the ceremony and reception venues, it would be rude not to stop off at the Royal Crescent to have a quick dance on the lawns! When the Gadd family approached us back in 2020 to capture the weddings of their three daughters, it was honestly the first time we have had a multiple wedding enquiry, and the first time we’ve offered a multiple wedding discount! As we already knew one of the couples, Mollie & Joe, we knew all three weddings would be amazing. It was only after the first wedding of Amie & Stuart that we realised how beautiful and emotional these wedding days would be! Ellie & Josh put together a wonderful wedding day that we won’t forget for a long time. Alongside @whitesilkstudio, we had an absolute blast capturing the day. The day was hosted on the family farm with a beautiful tent set up on one of the fields with breath-taking views (thanks to TentStyle). The flowers for the day were provided by the wonderful @smallfield.flowerfarm and accompanied by bouquets from @sussexflorals. Preparations started the day off strong with @EmilieMakeupArtistry and a stunning dress from @IsabellaGraceBridal. Being surrounded by beautiful views and gorgeous sunshine meant that everything else needed for a stunning wedding day just fell into place, with help from the great people at @hwcoldbreathbutchers (the food was honestly amazing) and @thedawdlingduck (we couldn’t resist buying a few bottles of their local cider to take home with us!). As well as a brand new @ValtraUkIE (provided by @CrawfordsMachinery) and a fantastic Master of Ceremonies. In true Gadd family style, Ellie & Josh ended the day with a huge party, put on by one of the best DJs we’ve had the pleasure to work with @djdavidcardoso. Ellie & Josh, your wedding day was the perfect day, it had all the ingredients for a great celebration, but more importantly, it had you two at the centre of it all. You could really tell from the atmosphere how much love you share and also surrounds you both from family and friends.
